Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- The trailer must be returned without damage and inside must be clean. Do not smoke in the trailer. The trailer awnings do not like wind please retract the awning even in the mildest windy condition.
RV is parked beside my house with separate entrance. We have plenty of parking on the street for your personal vehicle. 110V hook up is provided. Fresh water is available 24*7 in the RV. Space heater is provided for heat.
