- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely NO standing, sitting or climbing on top of RV or awning. Please retract awning at night and when windy to avoid damage. Thank you!
- This is a SMOKE FREE unit. Any evidence of smoking inside camper will automatically forfeit your deposit.
- Sewage must be dumped by renter or will result in a $150 fee. You can “add on” this option for owner to do.
- $100 fee for lost keys and/or remotes
- Unit must be returned in condition issued. Please wash dishes, empty garbage, clean bathroom & fridge & sweep. Bleating supplies, broom/dustpan available for use.
We REQUIRE fitted sheets on all mattresses and dinette conversion area. Master bed size - queen, dinette conversion - full, twin bunks - twin size. Double-sized bunks - full size sheets. Bring your own or rent from us! We appreciate your attention to keeping our sleeping areas...
