- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Must be driven on paved roads. No off road driving.
- Missing or damaged items cost will be deducted from security deposit.
- Absolutely no persons are allowed on the roof.
- NOT Burning Man friendly.
If unit is returned without black or grey water tanks emptied there will be a $75 fee charged.
If unit is returned without a full tank of gas then a $6.50 per gallon gas fee will be charged.
