- No smoking allowed
- No smoking policy, if smoking or vaping occurs in RV there will be a $250 charge
- Gas Fee/Water and Dumping policy, if RV is returned without a full tank of gas, water or grey water and black water are not dumped, there will be resulting fees: Gas Fee $175 Dumping Fee $150
- Cleaning fee, if RV is returned in unsatisfactory condition a resulting fee will incur. $150
