- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the RV. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes or any other lighted or inhaled material. A $500 penalty will be deducted from security deposit.
- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome provided they are cleaned up after and not left unattended in the RV. Pet damage is the sole responsibility of the renter.
- Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred during a rental. Any charges billed to the RV's Sunpass (FL), EZPass account or "bill by tag" will be deducted from the security deposit.
RV is parked in driveway on a level concrete pad. Private area is provided along with parking space for one vehicle. Full hookups including electric, city water and sewer connections.
