The screen door was not working. I accidentally took two soup bowels (dollar store) and she charged me $80. I will not rent from her again. We got home 2 hours late ( kept her updated ) but she was extremely rude even though she had nothing going on until the next day

Kathleen, you were over 2 hours late, but I understand getting stuck in traffic is sometimes unavoidable and as a courtesy waived the $250 late return fee. I gave you the option to return the nesting bowls or charge you for them. You choose to be charged. The RV was also returned...
