This was my family’s first experience staying in an RV. There are six of us and a dog. Scott’s RV fit all of us comfortably. He provided everything we needed. He was friendly and very helpful. My family had a wonderful time.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- > Absolutely, no smoking in the camper. Any violation will incur a cleaning/fumigating charge of $250. > Pets allowed: $15 additional pet fee assessed per night.
- > You must allow us 30 minutes prior to the given checkout time to unhook and remove the unit from the campground. Example: If checkout time is 11:00 we ask you be packed up by 10:30.
- > Pets allowed: For pets up to 45 pounds, $25 additional pet fee assessed per stay. Pets over 45 pounds, $30 per stay.
- > A starter set of RV rated toilet tissue, napkins, paper towels, and other items are complimentary. Linens available upon request at no charge unless you want to bring your own linens.
- > We are not responsible for items left in the unit. We will return lost items at the renters expense.
If you are a military veteran, retired, active duty, first responder, law enforcement, please inform me and we can make arrangements for you to send me verification and I will take 10% off your nightly rate.
