2012 SunnyBrook - Sunset Creek 278 RBS
Here is a very nice unit featuring queen bed in front . 2 reclining chairs with dinette set that folds down for bed . Also has a nice electri fireplace to relax and watch TV on those rainy days. Offers a huge rear bathroom. We also have the option to pull recliners out to put a twin bed in for more sleeping space . Overall sleeps 4 to 5 comfortable.

This can be rented out right at my home . As Cooperstown ny is close by for baseball hallo of fame and many brewerys . You will be offered a spot to have a camp fire area . Must be friendly with dogs as we have 2 .
