Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- All surfaces must be wiped down with disinfectant and camper must be swept clean.
- Tanks must be emptied prior to return or there is be a $75 fee for waste removal.
- Empty out all trash and personal belongings prior to return.
- Provided items include: silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, toilet paper and outdoor rug. Please plan to provide your own linens for full size bed and twin sized bunks.
