Maxine Is a Fourwinds 30D. Very easy to drive with a backup camera for parking. Sleeps 9! ( bunks on the side, over the cab bed, couch and a queen in the rear.) Two slide outs for extra room at the camp spot. AC works great! Comes stocked with cookware, dishes , cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, select linens, board games and dvd’s.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please clean before returning. All dishes must be done, toilet must be cleaned along with the shower, sweep and mop if needed
- Clean bugs off front of vehicle. Very hard to get off once they have been there for a couple of days.
- Add provided chemical to toilet after dumping
- Bring back with full tank of gas
- Must empty black and gray tanks before returning.
Unlimited generator usage. We want people to enjoy their trip.
