Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO Shoes/ or Pets on carpet areas -Bunkhouse and dining room sections.
- NO Smoking/vaping OR incense inside rental OR under awning. - Forfeiture of security deposit
- Use of 1 propane tank is permitted with each rental. If 2nd tank is used, $10-30 Fee will be assessed.
- RV toilet - NOTHING but special supplied toilet paper and waste is to be flushed down the toilet - Failure to follow this rule will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
I can provide a stationary rental at my house. It will include electric, water, septic, and WiFi with smart tv's (Hulu, Netflix, Philo, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, etc.). It will be parked in my driveway. We have an acre of grass, large fire pit, sand box, trampoline, and an outdoor playground for young children.
