- Labor to refill propane or fuel is $25.00 plus the cost of gas/propane If dropping off after 3:00 pm, you will need to pre-pay for an additional day unless written agreement says otherwise.
- Smoking anything inside the unit will result in a deep sanitizing fee ($500 so please don't do it, there will children as well enjoying the RV after your reservation)
- Our motorhome is not suitable for StageCoach, Burning Man, Coachella, and alike type of events where heavy partying will occur. RV has GPS systems to track it's location at all times.
- If rv found to be at one of theses events a $1500 fee will be deducted.
Will offer a refund of cleaning fees if rv is returned in the condition it was rented at. This includes cleaning and wiping down all surfaces including bathroom, toilet and shower. Sweep/mop, clean refrigerator and microwave and empty all trash.
