2022 Gulf Stream RV - Kingsport Super Lite 197BH
Sleeps 7! 2 Double Bunks in the back, Fold down Double in the front, and a dinette that makes another bed. Easy to tow. Great for both experienced and inexperienced campers. Has a fridge, microwave, sink, full bathroom, coffee maker, basic utensils and cookware. We keep a small table-top propane grill in it. Has paper plates, bowls, TP - all the basics.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No taking the travel trailer off-road. If the road isn't blacktop or gravel, this trailer has no business being on it.
- If connecting to "shore power," must be on 20 amp circuit or larger. A 15 amp circuit can damage the A/C and appliances.
- Pets are approved on a case by case basis.
