Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Gray and Black tanks must be emptied and flushed with clean water before return unless you have arranged for us to do it. Water must run clear.
- One well-behaved pet up to 30 lbs (max!) is allowed with prior approval and a pet deposit—no exceptions on size and number of dogs. Send a pet request and photo of your pup upon inquiry.
- Smoking of any kind, including vaping and e-cigarettes, inside the RV will result in forfeiture of entire damage deposit.
- Renters must provide a 2-5/16th inch ball trailer hitch and 7-pin round connector.
- 30-amp generator is available upon request and for a fee. Please message for availability.
