Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 35
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No off-road event rentals (like Burning Man). Any plans for off-road travel must be discussed with the owner. Penalties will be added based on GPS tracking, additional to damage and cleaning fees.
- Well-mannered dog is allowed. Cats and puppies are not allowed to travel or stay in the coach.
- No smoking or vaping in the coach.
The $1500 refundable deposit is the insurance deductible amount. Rental includes Internet service, cleaning, bedding and basic supplies. Bring towels and additional bedding for guests if needed.
