Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- A/C can only be used on electricity (no generators)
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, vaping, incense, marijuana, etc.). It will result in cleaning fees.
- I will be flexible on my schedule to arrange meeting with you. I just ask that whatever time we agree upon, you be on time as I do this around my full time job.
- Please treat the camper with respect in every way. As if it was your own personal camper. And do reasonable cleaning of your mess after your trip.
- If you have pets in the camper, make sure they don’t destroy anything. All pet messes and damage will result in fees.
