We can make day adjustments on special circumstance. We welcome you to our family RV. The RV is Loaded!! It works great for our kids and grandkids with a lot of space. Just bring favorite pillow, cloths, food and drinks!!!The RV sleeps 12, with a large bunk house. The double doors with direct access to the bathroom from outside. The small tub makes it easy to give kids and pets a bath.

We want you to have a stress free camping time! We love Bass River Resort, and Ozark Outdoors is a must for my family each year. We like to hang outside with family and pets. We like Full Hook-up camping with nice camper so we can enjoy the outdoors but can have a place for our Great Grandparents, Grandkids and small pets to get out of the weather at times.

Great experience! The owners were very helpful and quick to answer questions. I have recommended them to a couple of my friends. Would suggest using a 3/4 ton truck to pull, but my half ton did okay.

- Welcome Package with Inventory List must be signed at Pick-up/Delivery/Check-in/Walk through.
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the camper at all times- if evidence or damage the Deposit will be Forfeit.
We will make sure that tanks will be empty and cleaned after each rental. We require the RV to have Full Hook-up unless been approved. If we have approved a Non-Full Hook-up, both Tanks will need to be dumped and empty. If excess cleaning of tanks needs to be done- a charge of $7...
