Older trailer, but well taken care of. Maximum sleep capacity is listed at 6, but comfortably I would rate it for 4 adults. No smoking, and no pets due to allergies in the family.
For additional cost, local delivery and setup available. Out of town delivery available as well, but please confirm first as our schedule will determine if we are able to.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Unit should be brought back in the same condition in which it left. Additional charges will be assessed if not returned in the same condition.
- An additional $40 will be charged if the outside of the unit is brought back excessively dirty.
- An extra $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the inside of the unit is brought back excessively dirty.
After September 30, the camper will be winterized so it will be dry camping only.
