Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 2 and 5/16 ball hitch is required to tow the travel trailer. (You may borrow ours at no additional charge)
- Awning must be retracted during windy and rainy conditions. (A good rule of thumb: wind gusts over 8 mph mean it is safer to have the awning retracted)
- Generators must be placed a minimum of 20 feet away from the camper with the exhaust facing away from the camper as well, please. Improper placement of the generator trigger CO alarm and is dangerous
- While enjoying campfires, please shut all windows and doors of the camper as the smoke alarms may trigger if smoke builds up in the camper. (Plus, this will eliminate fire smoke damage)
- Absolutely no smoking allowed, please. If signs of smoking are detected or damages are present, you fully forfeit your security deposit.
