- RV shall be returned in the same condition (cleanliness) as received. A $200 charge will be assessed as a cleaning fee.
- RV holding tanks: Gray tanks (x2) Black tank Shall be empty before return. $200 fee will be assessed if RV is returned with tanks not emptied.
- RV shall return with the same Diesel Fuel and Propane levels as received. Fuel fill charge will be $200 Propane fill charge will be $100
