- Any unforeseen issues with camper must be communicated immediately. No animals or deposit forfeited. No smoking or vaping or deposit forfeited. No red clay or mud inside camper.
Trailer is parked on an a small active farm. Views of animal pasture included at owners Private residence. Animals include cows, goats, chickens, donkey. Owners are active at home at all times. Residence & acreage behind the camper is entirely off limits at all times. Campers have privacy from front of camper and a beautiful view of an active pasture with farm animals, small pond, yard to run in. Fire pit with picnic table. Bikes & skates are welcome.
