Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- DRUGS / ALCOHOL / SMOKING / VAPING: No illegal or illicit drugs are permitted in our RV! No smoking or vaping, of any kind, is allowed inside our RV! Alcohol consumption shall be done responsibly.
- PETS / ANIMALS: All pets must be approved in advance. When approved, all pets must be crated when unsupervised. No pets are allowed on beds or furniture. Generally, only XS to MED/LG dogs allowed.
- ADDITIONAL ITEMS: Must always be locked up in compartments and/or secured when leaving RV unattended. Trailer doors and compartments must always be locked and secured when left vacant.
- SECURING RV FOR TRANSIT: Awning must be secured in the closed position for traveling and at any times when there is inclement wind advisory. Outdoor kitchen mini-fridge must be secured during transit.
- RV ROOF: Nobody under the age of 18 is allowed up ladder or on the roof. Maximum weight limit on RV roof shall not exceed 250 pounds. Roof antenna must be secured in closed position prior to transit.
