Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Gray/Black tanks: Monitor tank levels. Use only RV toilet paper.Absolutely NO baby wipes, feminine products, or regular toilet paper is to be used. Fee will be applied if tanks are NOT emptied.
- Delivery includes setup, tear down, and dumping (if sewer site). $75 fee if no sewer. Dry deliver are responsible for extra water and dumping of tanks. Water refill and dump provided at extra fee.
- No smoking/vaping, any sign or smell of SMOKE inside RV will result in 100% loss of Deposit.
- Boondocking is only allowed with deliveries.
