- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking inside our travel trailer.
- The tow rating of the vehicle that is pulling this travel trailer must be rated for 5,000lbs or more.
- If you don’t wish to add the extra fee for cleaning. Please return the trailer cleaned with all towels left in the shower and any used sheets and blankets left on queen bed.
- If both black and gray tank are not emptied before returning there will be a extra $20 sewage dumping fee
