Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- any evidence of pets and/or smoking, including odor, will result in lost of damage deposit, sewage dump must be accessible without moving camper or additional fee will be charged (min 75.00)
- mud and/or soil, inside or outside, will result in additional cleaning fee of $175.00
- If towing yourself, deposit amount must equal insurance deductible
- Awning is not to be left out overnight, when unattended, or when wind is greater than 7mph
- Sabine ATV Park-Sites must be located in A, B, C, D, or G, with the exception of B-1, will not deliver to any other sites including B-1.
Camper is Located at the front of our cabin with lots of shade. At this time we have basic electrical and water hook up. Working to install sewer hook up.
Maximum delivery 150 miles one-way
Cleaning fee includes cleaning and disinfecting camper, washi Ing and changing beddings, and outside of camper.
