Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1. Festivals ok, no smoking, pets ok. ***Pets allowed however must be trained and well behaved. If you are asked to leave the campground due to your pet, we will not prorate or give a refund.
- 2. Delivery: Within a 60 mile radius from Brighton, MI which is the trailer site, we have a one time delivery fee of $225. Any mileage over 60 will be an additional charge of $2.00/mile round trip.
- 3. Pick Up & Drop Off: No fee 4. Upon return if picking up: *Black and Grey water tanks must be emptied upon return * All trash must be removed from the trailer
- 5. For Delivery Services: Same as rule #4 above however the Black and Grey water tanks requirement does not apply. Renter is not required to empty the tanks. This is included in the delivery.
- 6. If the trailer is not returned in ALL the requested conditions above, a minimum $250 fee will be deducted from the security deposit
