- No smoking allowed
- SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Smoking in this trailer will be cause for forfeiture of ALL security deposits and may warrant additional fees.
- A late return fee will be assessed of $65 per hour up to $265 plus $155 per day if you do not return the trailer at the return time specified on the contract.
- $150 charge for any extra cleaning required after return. The trailer should be returned in the same condition as when accepting keys. All cleaning supplies are inside the trailer.
- If there is evidence of a pet without prior approval, you will be subject to an additional charge and cleaning fee of $150 and possibly all of your security deposit.
- Replacement of a damaged awning can cost up to $1,100. Please read the instructions on awning use before deciding on whether to use awning and accepting responsibility of any damage or replacement.
