Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- We do allow furry friends (dogs only), but need to be preapproved by owner. There is a $10 per night, per animal additional fee.
- No Smoking, Vaping, or Drug use in the vehicle. Your entire security deposit could be retained to have RV professionally cleaned.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem, renter should contact owner immediately.
- Return time is 10AM. Adhering to scheduled time is critical for next renter. For those returning RV late, they will pay a late fee from their security deposit of $100 per hour.
We offer your own private camp site on our beautiful 10 acre Alpaca Farm. You can even book an Alpaca Experience which includes walking the Alpacas around the farm.
