- To avoid a Cleaning Fee of $150.00, please clean the camper at the end of your trip (sinks, shower, & toilet cleaned, garbage out, sand/dirt/hair swept out, dishes washed, counters wiped down, etc.)
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use. If the camper comes back smelling of any kind of smoke, your entire security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
- Empty and flush out the black and gray tanks at the end of your trip. There will be a $150 fee if all tanks are not emptied and flushed out.
- Roll up the awning when the camper is left unattended, when the weather is windy/stormy, & at night. Any damage to the awning due to negligence will be your responsibility.
- No concerts, no festivals, no tailgating. No climbing or sitting on the roof or the rear ladder.
