Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- (1) Don't leave your pets unattended please crate them. (2) Refill propane & fuel before returning or owner will charge an additional fee of $30 plus additional cost of fuel.
- (3) Pick-Up time is 11:00 am. RV to be returned by 2:00 pm on the last day of the reservation. If you need a different time, please discuss it with me prior to booking. No dark/evening returns.
- (4) Pet fee of $50 per EACH pet must be paid at the time of booking, two pets max. (5) This RV is GPS tracked. Any tampering with the GPS system will result in a $500 fine.
- (6) The RV must be returned with EMPTY black/gray tanks, or you'll be charged $60 to empty. (7) No smoking or drugs usage inside RV. (8) No early return refunds. (9) $0.60 each mile over included
- (10) RV cannot be “trashed” beyond what's reasonable. If trashed, cleaning fee is $50 extra each hour. (11) Individual fees for missing items (12) Generator $3 an hour over included amount
