Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 27
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Smoking or excessively dirty will result in a $250 cleaning fee. If trailer is not returned as clean as you received it, a $100 cleaning fee could be applied. Pet fee $100 (small dogs only)
- Flexible return policy within reasonable time frame, and we are very accommodating. But if it becomes unreasonably late, we will charge 1 days rent.
- You must have a 7Pin connection for the lights, and you also must have a brake controller (state law), If you do not have a brake controller, we will happily rent you our Bluetooth one ($20)
- If you want us to dump and clean the black tanks, no problem. It is a smelly job! But we do charge a $25 black tank cleaning fee! Money well spent in most people opinion! A very popular add-on!
- Interior damage totaling more than the Security deposit will be charged to the renters! Please read the rental agreement!
We know dumping and cleaning the black tank is a smelly/messy job, and we provide a sewage hose and gloves, but if you don't want to do it, we will do it for you for a small fee ($25) That's money well spent in most people's opinion!
