Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- If the waste tanks are not dumped and clean a $100 fee will apply
- If the RV is not left clean upon departure a $150 cleaning fee will apply
- Gas tank will be full upon delivery. If the RV is not returned with a full tank a $75 admin fee will apply along with cost of filling the tank. (This does not pertain to guests only using the gen).
