- No smoking allowed
- PETS: House-trained pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis and will require an additional refundable security deposit. Please provide all pet information at the time of the booking request.
- Cleaning: We ask that you return the trailer as clean as possible. Remove your trash, wash any dishes that were used, empty out the refrigerator, sweep, and strip any mattress covers that were used.
- Kitchen: Please do not use the countertop as a cutting board. There is a cutting board in the pantry for use.
- Water: The trailer can come with 38 gallons of usable water. If you're camping at a site without direct water hookup, you may want to bring paper plates & plasticware so you won't waste water on wash
