This awesome RV is available by DELIVERY ONLY. We have plenty of room for a small family in our 5th wheel trailer. It is ready to be delivered and set up at your destination. Full hook ups are preferred. Sleeps 4-5 comfortably. Queen master, couch folds out to a full bed, one twin bunk over couch, dinette also converts to a bed. 4 place settings and all basic cooking utensils provided.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Full hook up camp site required- 75$ dump fee if no sewer hookup at camp site.
- This RV is available by delivery only.
Any pet or smoke damage will be subject to extra fees.
If you do not have sewer hookups, we recommend you use park facilities to shower. Onboard grey water storage is 35 gallons.
