Class C vehicle was difficult for me to enter exit. Merely do to physical limitations. Oqner very pleasant, open to questions. Almost too much storage..personally would have preferred a bit more open space.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- - Empty grey and black tanks, dispose of all trash, place all used linens, towels etc in provided dirty laundry bags. Return RV with the same amount of fuel as when picked up.
- - Return the RV at the designated meeting time to avoid an additional nights fee.
- Maximum pets is two unless pre-arranged. Failure to comply will result in a $250 fee.
- Renter agrees to not exceed 65mph speed and obey state specific seatbelt/occupancy rules.
- RV is not specifically designed to be used for Dry Camping. Renter is aware that use of power, water, tanks etc may be limited/affected depending on length of time RV is used without hook ups.
In the winter months water usage may be limited due to below freezing temperatures. We will review upcoming weather forecast and can discuss work arounds.
