Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking. A $200 fee will be added for non compliance.
- Pets must be cleared with owner first. Pet damage will be assed and a fee will be added if necessary.
- Rv must be cleaned before return unless a cleaning fee was discussed with owner before hand. If not, a fee of $100 per hour necessary to clean will be added.
- Tanks must be emptied before returning. A $150 fee will be added if they have not been dumped.
