I also carry my own rental insurance policy, unlike most trailers for rent here. So when you rent from me you don't get charged for rental insurance.

This trailer is great, it clean and big, and a good bathroom for showering, and very good owner while I pick it up, only one issue during my renting was, the propane won't able to use, it seems air leak problem, I sure owner will fix it for next rental.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. Contact owner prior to booking.
- If at the start of the rental you arrive to pick up the trailer in a vehicle that does not have a trailer brake controller installed, your rental will be canceled without refund.
- If you are towing the trailer with your own vehicle, additional liability coverage is required. $15/day. Owner will send you a link prior to your rental where you will sign up for the insurance.
