The Kitchen has a convertible countertop that you access both the kitchen sink and stove top gas range. The refrigerator is a full size residential unit. Overhead microwave.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 32
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- The general condition of the RV should be returned as received. Meaning if the RV is excessively dirty you will incur an additional cleaning fee.
- No smoking in the RV, if there is evidence of smoking in the RV a fee of $ 400 will be applied upon return of the unit.
- The RV is to be returned with all tanks empty - if there is any black or grey water in the tanks you will incur a fee of $100.
- The LP and Fuel tank should be full upon return, if not, then cost to fill + $100 will be applied.
- Excessive brush scratches on the outside of the RV that justify a buffering of the RV will cost you $500
