Nice queen bed sheets, blankets and pillows. Both the couch and table fold down for more sleeping space if needed. Be sure to bring your sleeping bags and pillows for the kids.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Must return camper with all holding tanks emptied. This means, no usable water, no gray water and no black water. Returning camper with these not emptied will result in $100 charge from deposit.
- Delivered camping with no sewer hookups will incur $100 fee for dumping. If we deliver and you are not able to hook up and drain tanks, $100 fee will be deducted from deposit.
- No pets please... Owners have severe allergies - please respect the no pet policy.
- Please notify us ASAP of any issues.
Camper is parked in the Quiet Ozark Mountain area of Newton County. Just a few miles away from the Buffalo River, 8 miles West of Hwy 65 at Western Grove and a few miles (down a dirt road) from Scenic Hwy 7.
