- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No tailgating or festivals without prior written approval
- No smoking or drugs allowed at any time. This will force forfeiture of entire deposit
- ABSOLUTELY NO off-roading at any time. This will force forfeiture of entire deposit
- No climbing on the roof or solar panels. There will be video at pickup and return
- Insurance must be purchased via RVS - if not able to complete by pickup time - strict cancellation policy will apply
