Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Coach must be cleaned and trash removed to avoid cleaning fee.
- Guests are required to conduct daily mechanical inspections of the coach, to include engine oil, generator oil and other mechanical fluids.
- Guests are required to ensure the coach is level before operating slide out units. If leveling system cannot be used, slide out units may not be extended.
- Camp sites must be level and operating tolerances of the leveling system must be strictly adhered to.
- Tire pressure must be checked at every stop and any tire issues which develop must be immediately addressed. Tire failures are the responsibility of the renter and damages will be charged accordingly.
If the unit is returned with less than a full tank of fuel and/or LP, there will be a $50 service charge in addition to a fuel charge/LP charge of $5 per gallon.
