Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking of any kind included cigarettes, cigars, cannabis and vaping
- Site with full hookups unless you hire a service to clean the gray and black tanks during your stay, if tanks are not empty upon return there is a $100 dump fee.
- Any issues must be promptly communicated and reported Any damages incurred during the rental must be reported
- Do not unhook the sewer hose; it will be set up and ready to use!
- Don’t over use toilet paper, It can get clogged so please be mindful, run extra water after every use (hold the toilet pedal around 5-8 seconds)
