- Delivery, setup and pickup only unless special arrangements are made
- Absolutely no fish in the refrigerator or freezer. We offer a cooler if need be for a $20 fee
- Only provided RV toilet paper to be flushed down the toilet
- Please clean the RV at the end of your stay. If you do not wish to clean the RV, a $40 cleaning fee will be applied
- Do not leave awning out unattended. Do not leave awning out when it is windy. Please bring in awning when you go to sleep for the night
