- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renter must empty Gray trank and black tank before rental is returned.
- Renter must dispose of all trash.
- Renter must return camper in same condition it was picked up in.
- If generator was used the fuel tank must be filled back to level it was picked up at.
