Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- To avoid $200 cleaning fee we ask that you remove all trash, wash and put away used dishes, remove all perishables from refrigerator, wipe down counters and table tops, sweep, and mop.
- Cleaning fee increases to $300 for beach camping, IF not thoroughly cleaned.
- To avoid $100 dumping fee we ask that holding tanks are returned empty (for renters without delivery option). A $60 fee will be assessed if the sit doesn't have either a dump station or site hook-up.
