This is the second year I have rented from Michael and Kelsey. They are easy to work with and respond to text messages quickly when I had questions about the RV. The pillows are very comfortable on the bed and the RV is clean and new. I will be renting again next year!
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking. Smoking will result in a $1500 fee.
- Camper must be returned in the same condition as received. Failure to clean will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
- No awning use is permitted. For convenience, we provide a canopy for use during rental.
- All pets must be preapproved by owner. Any violation will result in an automatic $300 fee.
- Any damage not documented by renter during pre-inspection is the responsibility of the renter.
