Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Never be on the roof. Smoking, Pets, or if the unit is left in need of excessive cleaning it will result in $100 claim on security deposit for each occurrence.
- Renters towing the trailer with their own vehicle must provide proof of liability insurance on the tow vehicle that extends back to the trailer. Otherwise renter will have to purchase an addendum.
