Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 27
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renter must clean out all trash and vacuum up debris. The vacuum is in the front or back hatch.
Hello for Stationary Rental, the RV will be near the house which is roughly 30 feet away. But, our property is unqiue because it's a 10.5 acre farm. At the farm we have Kune kune pigs, goats and mini donkeys. We also have a lease for cattle so depending when you stay you may encounter the cows as well. For more info please send us a message. We're located roughly 5 miles from the St. Lucie County fairgrounds and 20 minutes from Downtown Fort Pierce.
Please clean out all trash from RV. If excessive trash and dirt is left behind a $350 dollar cleaning will be charged.
Please dump the waste tank\Black tank prior to leaving campsite. Instructions on how to due this will be in the binder.
