Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Use of awning is prohibited. If used and damage is caused you will not receive your deposit and will be responsible for any additional cost to repair or replace it.
- Camper must be returned clean or a $100 will be deducted from your deposit.
- $60.00 Fee will be charged if the black and gray water tanks are not dumped. If this is a delivery and there is a dump station on the premises of your camping location the fee will not be charged.
- Pets, Smoking or Vaping are not allowed! Any evidence of either & your entire deposit will be kept. Evidence includes; smoke or urine smell, and/or damage caused by chewing or scratching.
If these rules are violated these fees will be charged at the conclusion of your trip once we have examined the camper. These fees will be deducted from your deposit.
