This honestly was a wonderful experience. I was nervous about renting a trailer but Jim was such a nice guy and the trailer was perfect. We enjoyed spending time with our children and grandchildren while still having all the amenities of home.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- linens are only provided upon request 1 week before rental due to renters wanting to bring their own. this saves time and storage space
- if trailer is return late after 3 pm you will be charge an extra day rental
- if trailer is return super dirty you will be charge $120 cleaning fee
- no beach or desert camping for this trailer
Generator comes with a full gas tank already fill but you will have to provide your own gas once tank is empty at camp.
